1. User Terms
These terms of use apply to your access to and use of krikia.com and any other website or mobile application that directs to these terms and conditions (collectively, the "Services"), and the information, products and services available through the Services. By using our Services, you accept and agree to comply with all of the terms and conditions set forth below, which form a legally binding agreement between you and krikia.com owned by Krikia Global Ltd. and its applicable subsidiaries and/or affiliates.
We reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, and/or cancel orders at our discretion, including if we believe that customer conduct violates these Terms of Use or applicable law.
2. Use of the Service
A. Accounts
You may register, maintain, and create an Account for the Service. You are responsible and liable for all activities conducted in connection with your Account, and the accuracy of all information relating thereto, including contact, technical and payment information, and your login credentials. You must be eighteen (18) years of age or older to use the Service.
B. Service Rules
You will use the Service strictly in accordance with these Terms, all Documentation, the Privacy Policy, and Applicable Law. Prohibited activities include spamming, scraping, unauthorized offline payments initiated via Krikia, and decompiling site software.
3. Wallet
The Wallet is a pre-paid payment instrument associated with your Krikia.com account once activated. You can use it to purchase property subscriptions or transactions across the marketplace. No interest is paid on Wallet balances.
4. Orders & Allocation
All purchase orders are subject to approval by the Seller. Allocation terms: buyers can be granted allocation after completing required payment milestones according to seller policies.
5. Refunds & Escrow Safeguards
Buyer protection and refund policies apply exclusively to payments processed through the Krikia checkout system. Refund requests are submitted via your Purchase account profile.
6. Force Majeure
Neither party shall be held liable for failure or delay in performance caused by circumstances beyond reasonable control, including acts of God, weather, or government regulations.
7. Ratings and Reviews
Certified buyers can leave reviews upon completing or requesting cancellation of a purchase. Reviews are moderated for compliance with community guidelines to maintain platform integrity.
