2. Use of the Service & Seller Wallet
Sellers can register an Account and utilize the digital wallet system on the seller dashboard. Funds from verified sales are processed through your wallet and withdrawn to your registered bank account.
3. Listings & Verification Requirements
You may list property for sale if you own the property or are an authorized broker. Listings require physical inspection, title document verification with regulatory bodies, and signed MOU agreements before approval.
4. Fees & Payments Policy
Sellers are subject to a 5% transaction fee on completed sales through Krikia.com. All service fees are deducted from current sales balances as transactions complete.
5. Orders & Cancellations
Orders are subject to seller approval. Sellers manage property allocations according to agreed milestones and installment schedules.
